Rahkiem D'Anwar Davis Sr. was a son, a husband, a father, a teacher, a brother, and a mentor.

From West Point to the classrooms of Dallas ISD, he led with intention and peace. He wasn't loud, but he was strong. He didn't seek attention, but everyone felt his presence.

"I have fulfilled my earthly duties… I'm at PERFECT PEACE."

Rahkiem's journey began with service to his country at West Point Military Academy, where he learned the values of duty, honor, and country that would guide him throughout his life. His commitment to excellence and leadership extended far beyond his military service.

As an educator in Dallas ISD, Rahkiem touched countless young lives. He understood that education was more than academics—it was about shaping character, building confidence, and inspiring hope. His classroom was a place where students learned not just subjects, but life lessons.

Through his involvement with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, Rahkiem demonstrated his commitment to brotherhood and community service. He lived the fraternity's principles of achievement, fellowship, and uplift in everything he did.

Above all, Rahkiem was a devoted family man. His love for his wife and sons was evident in everything he did. He taught by example, showing them what it meant to be a man of integrity, purpose, and faith.
